5) EAT HEALTHY AND SELF COOKED MEALS AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, AVOID OUTSIDE FOOD. IF UNAVOIDABLE, DO EAT FROM A KNOWN HYGIENIC EATING PLACE.
6) OFTEN DRINK WARM WATER. OF COURSE CARRY YOUR OWN FILTERED AND BOILED WATER.
7) GET A GOOD SLEEP.
ON TIME, ENOUGH SLEEP.
8) STAY ACTIVE, DO YOUR DAILY EXERCISE,
RUN THAT EXTRA MILE.
9) ASSIST AND OFFER HELP TO OTHERS.
